Graham cracker pancake smores stack

TRIAL RECIPE

For 12 servings:

INGREDIENTS WEIGHTS MEASURES
Pancake batter - 2 qt.
Graham cracker, crushed - 2 qt.
Chocolate sauce - 2 cups
Caramel sauce - 2 cups
JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows - 2 qt.

COOK 2 pancakes using 1/3 cup batter per pancake on hot greased griddle for each serving. Top each pancake with ¼ cup graham cracker pieces. Cook both sides until golden brown.

PLACE pancakes on sizzle plate, top each with pancake with 1 tbsp of caramel, 1 tbsp of chocolate fudge, and 1/3 cup of mini marshmallows. Flash briefly under salamander to melt JET-PUFFED Mini Marshmallows.

STACK two pancakes on serving plate. Serve immediately.
